General

timevest is designed to help you manage your time and reflect on daily habits.

Using the app signifies acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Acknowledgement

This agreement is concluded between you and DiM TECH STUDIO.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the app
• If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian

Use of data

• You may use timevest for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to reverse-engineering, copying, modifying, or exploiting its data
• The app’s insights, analytics, or recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice

Scope of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use timevest on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

This license does not allow you to use the app on any device that you do not own or control, nor to distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Maintenance and Support

DiM TECH STUDIO is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for timevest. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the Application.

Subscriptions

Some parts of timevest are available through paid auto-renewing subscriptions (“Subscriptions”).

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select at the time of purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Your Subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a Subscription period.

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Subscription features at any time. Changes may include adjustments to features, availability, or pricing, in accordance with applicable laws and App Store policies.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

timevest is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, DiM TECH STUDIO, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Application.

This includes all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice.

Without limitation to the foregoing, DiM TECH STUDIO provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Application will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, be error free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither DiM TECH STUDIO nor any of its providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied:

• As to the operation or availability of the Application
• That the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• As to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Application
• That the Application, its servers, or content are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on applicable statutory consumer rights. In such cases, the above exclusions and limitations will apply to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

Product Claims

DiM TECH STUDIO, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims
• Any claim that the Application fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements
• Claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation

Lifetime License Clarification

If you have purchased a “lifetime” license for the Application, this license grants you the right to use the Application in its current state and form as of the date of purchase.

The term “lifetime” refers to the lifetime availability of the Application and does not guarantee perpetual access, future updates, new features, server availability, or continued maintenance.

DiM TECH STUDIO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part of its services at any time.

Upon discontinuation of the Application, your lifetime license will terminate, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for any unused portion of the license, except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with timevest are owned by DiM TECH STUDIO.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content without prior written permission.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a government embargo or designated by the European Union or United States as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any prohibited or restricted party list.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania (EU), regardless of your location. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Romanian law.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use or integrate third-party services, content, or APIs. Your use of such services may be subject to additional third-party terms.

Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple shall have the right (and shall be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
