Delete your timevest account

This page explains how to delete your timevest account and its associated data. timevest is developed by DiM TECH STUDIO.

You only have an account if you signed in to use the Investors features. If you use timevest without signing in, there is no account to delete: your data lives only on your device.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

  1. Open timevest and make sure you're signed in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm by tapping Delete account again.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email us at vlad@dimtechstudio.co with the subject “timevest account deletion request”.

  1. Send the email from the address linked to your timevest account.
  2. Include your timevest username.
  3. We may reply to confirm that the account belongs to you.

We delete the account within 30 days of confirming your request and reply once it's done.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes from our servers:

  • Your login and profile: email address, username, display name, avatar, time zone and start-of-day setting
  • Activities and time entries synced to your account
  • Your time score history
  • Friends and friend requests
  • Your Time Credits wallet, credit history and investments in other users
  • Registered devices and push notification tokens

Friends who invested in you get their Time Credits back at the current value.

Data that is kept

  • Data on your device. Activities, time entries and settings stored locally on your phone are not touched. Remove them by clearing the app's data or uninstalling timevest.
  • Backups. Deleted data may remain in our encrypted database backups for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently overwritten.
  • Anonymous analytics and crash reports. Usage events and crash logs collected through Firebase are not linked to your name or email and are kept by Google for up to 14 months under their standard retention.
